My order has arrived damaged
If you have received your product(s) damaged, please let us know and we will happily refund you or offer you a replacement. To arrange a replacement please email orders@scent-it.uk.
I would like to return my order
If your diffuser has not been unplugged and wicked into the cap, we will be happy to accept a retutn of the item providing the return packaging is adequate enough for it to arrive back to us in a re-sellable condition. You must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. If you have used your diffuser, unfortunately due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns.
If your merchandise order has not been worn or used we are happy to accept a return providing it is sent back in any original packaging and any tags or labels it arrived with still attached. You must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. To arrange a return please email orders@scent-it.uk.
I received my order and would like to exchange for another size
If you have received your order and would like an exchange you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. All apparel must be unworn in new condition. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will happily resend out your new item. Please note, you must pay for the replacement item’s shipping. To arrange an exchange please email orders@scent-it.uk.
I would like to cancel my order
Cancellations of orders is possible by accessing the My Account section of the website for users logged in. If you cannot access the My Account section you must email orders@scent-it.uk as soon as possible before the order is processed and dispatched. If an order is dispatched before your order is cancelled, you must follow the returns policy stated above.
