How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders made before 1pm are picked and packed the same day of purchase Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on the weekend will be prepared first thing on Monday, unless it falls onto a Bank Holiday.
Delivery can be expected in 2-3 working days depending on your shipment choice at the checkout.
Whilst we endeavour to ship your parcel to you as quickly as possible, sometimes we encounter unforeseen delays. Due to this, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery within the United Kingdom and Ireland, and up to 15 business days for international delivery. We typically ship via Royal Mail, however overseas delivery may come via a different courier. Your package will be delivered by your local shipping company.
PLEASE NOTE: Amid the current Covid-19 crisis, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery within the United Kingdom and Ireland, and up to 25 business days for international delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
UK & Ireland shipping have multiple shipping class options via Royal Mail. Shipping costs for all other countries are flat rates calculated by your global shipping zone at the checkout (Shipping Zones are outlined below). You will be able to see the total cost before you finish making your order. There is no limit to how many products you can order. Shipping costs may increase inline with the calculated weight of the items in your basket.
Where do you ship?
We try our best to deliver to all provinces and territories, however should we be unable to send to your chosen address for political reasons or a lack of delivery service, your order will be refunded in full. You will receive an email detailing why your order was not processed if this is the case.

Customs, Import Fees & Duties
All Scent It orders are shipped from Wales, UK. If you are an international customer outside of the UK and Ireland, you may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. In our experience these fees rarely surpass 10-20% of your order value but we recommend checking with your local customs in your country first if you are worried about these charges. No refunds of customs fees will be provided. If your package is unclaimed or you refuse to pay your duties, no refund will be given. Your package may be resent if you wish to pay an additional delivery charge as per the table above.
Incorrect Address
Shipping address can not be changed after your order is made. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.
